Foundation

Digging began on Monday, March 26th. The footings have been laid. The forms are up for the basement walls, but not filled. They're making quick work!

Ground breaking

Just received word that ground breaking has been scheduled for this coming Monday. So excited!

Closing

On Tuesday, March 20th, we finally closed on the selling of our current home (only about a month later than we expected).  The following morning, we closed on our new lot in Grandview Estates, Pekin and on the construction loan.  Now the fun begins!
